2. Update your email address

Access your account and update your email address to receive your bill summary every month via email. Make sure your email address is valid.

3. Receive your bills by email

Receive your bill summary via email each month and stay up-to-date with your payments.

4. Download the VIVA Mobile App

To access your bill on your mobile, download the VIVA Mobile App, register your number and view your bill under "My Bills" section. Download now.

Things to remember

  1. Bills issued on the 1st of each month are due for payment on the 28th of that same month
  2. Bills issued on the 10th of each month are due for payment on the 7th of the next month
  3. Bills issued on the 20th of each month are due for payment on the 17th of the next month
  4. Check your bill or current balance, dial *124#
